Hello Kathryn, when we came back to Manchester in Setember 2015 we took note of your feedback and chose to hold our workshops in a separate room away from the hubbub of the main hall. Please speak to our customer service agents at the time of booking to confirm that our current arrangements are suitable. Thanks for taking the time to get in touch.

Hi, I attended a Woman’s Weekly general fiction workshop a couple of years ago at Event City in Manchester as part of Woman’s Weekly Live. The content of the workshop was brilliant but the only trouble was, as it took place in a not completely partitioned-off area within the main body of the hall, it was quite difficult to catch everything that was said above the hubbub of people visiting craft stalls etc. I would like to try another workshop in Manchester as it’s the nearest venue to me and was wondering if this would still be the case, especially as the newer workshops include exercises and discussions which might be quite difficult under those conditions. Many thanks!
