A very quick to make soup using pasta and mushrooms. A perfect snack for 2 people that is tasty and inexpensive and ready in under 15 mins.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 60g (2oz) small pasta shapes
  • 4  mushrooms, sliced

Method

  1. Pour 600ml (1pint) boiling water into a pan.
  2. Add the chicken stock cube, the pasta and the mushrooms. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins until the pasta is tender.
