This pesto tuna pasta salad makes a great packed lunch or picnic treat. So quick and easy to make, just add pesto, tuna chunks, plum tomatoes and cucumber to pasta shapes of your choice.

Ingredients
250g (8oz) pasta shapes
2 tsp pesto
4 tbsp French dressing
120g can tuna chunks with a little sunflower oil
12 baby plum tomatoes, halved
1/3 cucumber, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Add the pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook according to packet instructions, until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Meanwhile, mix the pesto and French dressing and pour it over the pasta. Break up the tuna chunks and add to the pasta.
- Gently stir in the tomatoes, cucumber and seasoning.
- Put into 4 small, sealable containers to take on a picnic (or eat straight away, or chill and eat within 2 days).
