    • 150g (5oz) pasta bows


    • 230g pot fresh tomato salsa


    • 130g can tuna, drained


    • 2 teaspoons capers


    • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar






    1. Cook the pasta bows in boiling, salted water for 10 mins until al dente.


    1. Drain and stir in the tomato salsa, tuna, capers and balsamic vinegar. Season.
